Morrow subscription terms

Updated October 11, 2026. These subscription terms supplement the Morrow service terms for software supplied by Matthew Farris Montz. The privacy notice explains how the service handles data.

Your plan

Your accepted checkout and approved agreement specify your price, monthly or yearly payment schedule, catalog size and completed-render allowance for one approved retailer website. Existing founding agreements remain $99 USD per month with 100 completed room renders in each paid monthly period. Starter, yearly or custom plans apply only when explicitly agreed and displayed at checkout. A setup fee, if agreed, is separate and is not silently added to this subscription. The checkout shows the recurring charge and any applicable tax before payment. This subscription includes software access, assisted installation for the agreed website, a private customer dashboard, retailer analytics and direct support; it does not purchase furniture.

Installation before checkout

Morrow and the retailer agree on the website and initial product catalog before checkout. Morrow prepares the installation and reviews the supplied product photos. Morrow creates checkout after approving that setup. Additional websites, unusually complex integrations, or additional services require a separate agreement before any additional charge.

Payment and renewal

Paid periods follow the dates of the subscription’s paid Stripe invoices. Service activates after Stripe confirms payment. Monthly plans renew monthly. Yearly plans are paid in full upfront for 12 months and renew yearly until cancelled. Existing plans do not automatically change to yearly billing. A checkout return page is not proof of payment. Rendering is available only during a verified paid period, subject to available renders, website approval, and service availability. If a renewal is not paid, rendering pauses when the existing paid period ends; paying a valid renewal restores the verified paid period.

Monthly render allowance

Only successful renders count as completed usage. Failed, cancelled, and uncertain results do not consume the completed-render allowance. Active requests temporarily reserve allowance to prevent exceeding the limit. Included renders refresh monthly, including on yearly plans; the entire year’s allowance is not available at once. Monthly windows are anchored to the paid subscription start date, adjusting to the last day of shorter months. Usage belongs to the monthly window in which the request was started. Unused monthly allowance does not carry forward. Rendering pauses when all available renders are used; there are no automatic overage charges. Morrow must agree with you before charging for additional services or changing your price.

Optional extra renders

Where available in your dashboard, extra renders are a one-time purchase separate from your subscription. The selected pack shows its quantity, price and any expiry before checkout. Renders are added only after Stripe confirms payment. Included monthly renders are used first, then purchased extras. Unless the selected pack states an expiry, unused extras carry forward; using them requires an active paid subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused extras. Failed previews release any reserved extra render. A refunded, reversed or disputed payment can revoke the associated unused extras; already-used amounts require a billing review. Contact support about a missing payment or balance before buying again.

Cancellation and billing help

You can cancel future renewals through Stripe billing management or request cancellation at matthew.montz@gmail.com. Ask Morrow for your secure billing-management link if you need it. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until that period ends. Please submit cancellation before renewal. Refund requests and billing errors are reviewed individually; contact support with your business name and invoice reference. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Results and retailer responsibilities

AI room previews can differ from a product’s exact dimensions, material, color, construction, or appearance. They do not guarantee fit or replace the retailer’s product specifications. Retailers must supply accurate product data, have permission to use all photos, and approve the catalog before shoppers use it. Analytics describes measured activity and does not guarantee increased sales or establish that Morrow caused a purchase.

Availability and contact

Maintenance, provider outages, and safeguards can affect availability. Morrow will assist with service problems through matthew.montz@gmail.com. The governing-law terms in the Morrow service terms apply.
