Morrow service terms

These terms govern a retailer's use of the Morrow visualization service provided by Matthew Farris Montz. Website setup and any retailer fees must be agreed directly with Morrow before use.

Visualization accuracy

Product-faithful mode uses retailer-approved photographs or 3D-derived views. Concept Preview may use clearly labeled AI-generated references or estimated angles and is not a guarantee of exact unseen construction, scale, color, fit, or appearance.

The Hearth & Form demonstration contains fictional furniture and AI-generated reference images. Its dimensions and prices are illustrative; its demonstration bag does not place orders or take payments.

Retailer responsibilities

Retailers must provide accurate catalog data, confirm media rights, approve generated views before use, and keep product availability and dimensions current.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content; circumvent limits; probe other tenants; or use the service to identify individuals. Gemini-powered visualization is for adults aged 18 or older. Retailers must not offer it in experiences directed toward or likely to be accessed by minors.

Availability and billing

Failed, cancelled, and ambiguous renders are not recorded as successful customer usage. This website service does not submit automatic usage charges. Purchases from a participating retailer are governed by that retailer's checkout terms. Service availability is not guaranteed during maintenance or third-party outages.
